About Me:
Anita joined the chamber as Secretary of the Board of Directors, just as the chamber was being reorganized as a 501(c)(3) and has been a central voice in planning and executing the chamber’s shared vision. In April, she took the position of Vice-President and is excited to continue to lead and grow the chamber’s list of services to it’s business members and the community. Anita began with the Idaho Women’s Business Center as a Capital Access Manager, focusing on assisting underserved small businesses in evaluating what funding sources are available to them and coaching them through the journey of finding capital access. She is passionate about educating small businesses to make sound financial decisions for growth and sustainability. Professionally, she is a Program Manager, but still has the passion for coaching and educating small businesses to be the best that they can be and continues to support entrepreneurs as a GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor.
Anita came up in Buhl and understands the economic impact of creating sustainable small businesses. “To me, these aren’t just businesses but family, neighbors, friends, and the very backbone of Idaho.”
