Bioterrorism and health preparedness at South Central District Health, although rewarding, left Heidi in search of a new career. The logical next step: become a financial advisor. Heidi began working for a corporation where financial products and services were dictated by her company. Switching to a partnership with Capricorn Financial Strategies was the perfect fit! Heidi enjoys working with individuals of all ages and stages of life as they save for college, prepare for the day when work is a thing of the past, and plan for their mortality with not only dignity but with a legacy for future generations.

Riley Cooper joined Capricorn Financial in 2023, coming from the Twin Falls School District. But this was not his first stint working for Heidi. When Johanna suddenly lost her son in a tragic accident, Riley stepped in and worked for several months, giving Johanna time away from work.

Riley is a hometown boy, growing up and graduating from Buhl High School in 2010. Immediately following graduation, he joined the Army, where he spent nearly five years serving our country, stationed in Alaska and Afghanistan.

After the Army, Riley came back and worked for Heidi, then went to work for Sportsman’s Warehouse, then on to the School District, first as a warehouse employee and then as the supervisor of the shipping department.

When not at work, Riley enjoys playing golf, competitive USPSA shooting, and spending time with friends and family.
